Responsibilities

• Join the Tanker Services Division as a skilled 26T Class 2 Tanker Driver. Safely collect and transport a variety of liquid wastes, deliver non-potable water, and ensure all work meets environmental, DVSA, and HSE regulations.
• Perform day-to-day duties that may include servicing welfare units and emptying effluent tanks, and supporting industrial and construction projects.
• Use modern equipment, maintain high safety, service, and customer care standards, and keep accurate digital records via the BigChange system.
• Carry out vehicle checks, load preparation, review of the day’s work plan, and complete final site visits with customer sign-off; return to depot and complete paperwork at end of day.

About You

• HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC (35 hours), and valid Digi Tacho card.
• Previous HGV driving experience; tanker or waste sector experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and willingness to follow procedures.
• Ability to maintain your vehicle to a high standard and carry out minor repairs.
• Professional approach to customers and ability to handle queries on site.
• Flexibility for occasional weekend/event work and overtime.
