Qualifications

• A Premier/ Lifetime Diploma or the equivalent of this.
• CIMSPA membership.
• Strong fitness background with experience in corporate or commercial fitness.
• Competent in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fitness floor and manage wellbeing plans and exercise programmes.
• Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personal training.
• Assess and induct members before facility use.
• Support members with technique and lifestyle advice.
• Deputize for Program Manager when necessary.
• Travel around London and the South East for shifts.

Corporate Wellbeing Advisor - Mobile

London and South East | Permanent | Full Time | 40 hours per week

Competitive salary available, depending on experience, plus travel expenses

Join us as a Mobile Corporate Wellbeing Advisor working in our Corporate Gym's around London and the South East and play your part in building a healthier nation.

As a Mobile Corporate Wellbeing Advisor you will:

• Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
• Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Les Mills
• Deliver exceptional customer service in everything from personal training to processing payments
• Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
• Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals
• Deputize for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience
• Travel around London and the South East covering shifts in various corporate gym's.

To succeed as a Mobile Corporate Wellbeing Advisor, you will need:

• A Premier/ Lifetime Diploma or the equivalent of this.
• CIMSPA membership
• A strong fitness background.
• Experience of working in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
• Competent computer understanding with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Driven and passionate about all aspects of fitness and wellbeing, you will take an enthusiastic and flexible approach.
• You will be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative, and have a good eye for detail
