A global talent agency seeks a Legal Counsel to assist with Corporate Talent representation in London. Responsibilities include supporting M&A transactions, drafting various contracts, managing compliance, and advising subsidiaries across the EMEA and APAC regions. Qualifications

• 3-4 years PQE with in-house experience.
• Experience with M&A transactions.
• Strong commercial, corporate, and employment law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions by drafting documents and due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate various contracts including agreements and leases.
• Manage contractual disputes and ensure compliance.
• Assist legal business needs across EMEA and APAC.
