• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project support, logistics, despatch or operations (UK-based).
• Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point for project and office support.
• Coordinate goods in and out of the workshop, including packing and despatch.
• Arrange engineer travel, accommodation and site logistics.
• Maintain accurate records including purchase orders and stock levels.
• Liaise with couriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
