Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or packing is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the running of the packing line, including start-up checks.
• Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and product specifications are followed.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and food safety standards at all times.
• Complete basic paperwork accurately, including updating the minus sheet.
• Report completed work and issues to the Line Leader or Packhouse Manager.
