An established industry player is seeking a qualified trainer/practitioner to join their vibrant team in Stockport. This full-time position focuses on developing and delivering training programs in health and social care, ensuring compliance with national standards. You will work closely with key personnel to enhance workforce skills and improve service delivery. Up to £30,282.00 per annum based upon experience and qualifications
We are seeking an inspirational, qualified trainer/practitioner with experience and knowledge of health and social care provision and management theory to develop and deliver training to our enthusiastic staff teams. This key role within our staff development team is based at our vibrant Stockport Head Office.
Working closely with the Head of Engagement & Learning, the Training Manager, and other key personnel, you will develop and participate in employee learning and development programmes related to all aspects of service provision. Your responsibilities include developing and delivering staff education, skills enhancement, and development opportunities in accordance with Care Quality Commission, Skills for Health, Skills for Care, national occupational standards, and NICE guidelines.
As a self-directed practitioner within a fast-paced team, you will inspire and develop workforce initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the national health and social care workforce.
