A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage HR support across EMEA and North America. This senior role involves handling a full spectrum of HR cases, ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in HR operations, familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employment law, and advanced HRIS skills. The position follows a hybrid model with three days onsite in Glasgow and two days remote.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to deliver expert-level HR support across EMEA and North America. In this senior position, you’ll manage the full spectrum of HR cases—from routine inquiries to complex, escalated, and VIP matters—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
You’ll leverage your deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional HR operations and your advanced knowledge of employment law, systems, and processes to make a tangible impact for thousands of employees across diverse markets.
Please note, this role follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week onsite in our Glasgow office and two days working from home.

Working conditions typical of a climate controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
