Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Employment type: Permanent, full time, at least 3 days within the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products from concept to manufacture
• Improve and evolve existing product ranges
• Produce production drawings, BOMs and installation guides
• Create and maintain 2D & 3D CAD models
• Support bespoke client projects
• Manage product data within the ERP system
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Production

Requirements

• Degree in Product, Industrial or Design Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in product development
• Strong 2D/3D CAD skills (Inventor or similar)
• Understanding of sheet metal manufacturing
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
