• Proven experience in marketing, specifically in the media sector.
• Expertise in managing diverse marketing campaigns to grow audience engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver standout brand marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute promotional activities including events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and sponsors.
• Create and oversee digital marketing strategies focused on performance.
• Develop CRM strategies to retain audiences.
• Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget alongside the Head of Marketing.

Skills

Proven marketing experience, ideally in media, audio or entertainment

Strong understanding of brand marketing, audience growth and campaign management

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

Highly collaborative and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders

Solid experience in digital marketing and social media

Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines

Analytical mindset (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
