We are seeking caring and dedicated people, who demonstrate empathy and compassion towards children, recognising and responding to their emotional and developmental needs to join our fantastic team, and help us ignite children’s curiosity. You’ll play a crucial role in helping children meet developmental milestones by creating positive environments where children can learn, develop and grow. You’ll support the Room lead, guiding your team to provide engaging activities that inspire creativity in the children under your care.
Each of our nurseries and preschools are unique and designed to meet the needs of each child. This gives children limitless possibilities to explore and learn, through a play-based curriculum which focuses upon being outdoors.

This post is for a Level 3 qualified Maternity cover Room Lead based at our Early Years Nursery in Wrington. We expect this role to be a 12 month contract. This role is working 40 hours a week.
