Commercial Manager – Hospital Portfolio

Walker Cole International is supporting a leading healthcare organisation seeking a Commercial Manager to strengthen their hospital portfolio. This role leads key tender and commercial activities to drive growth across the UK hospital market.

Responsibilities
  • Leading end-to-end hospital tender activities including submissions, clarifications and negotiations.
  • Developing competitive pricing models, value propositions and contracting strategies.
  • Coordinating cross-functional inputs to deliver compliant, high-quality tender responses.
  • Driving revenue growth through both tendered and off-contract hospital business.
  • Managing tender governance, timelines, documentation and post-award implementation.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing tenders or bids within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated sector.
  • Proven success generating hospital revenue, including off-contract sales activity.
  • Strong commercial judgement with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Effective project management, analytical and organisational capabilities with strong attention to detail.
