A leading property management company is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting and align asset strategies. Located in Alderley Park, this role requires a qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will bridge financial reporting and asset performance analysis, working closely with local management. You\'d be based at our Alderley Park site in Cheshire (SK10 4TG), working as part of our wider team of specialists, who support the 1m sq foot of space that is home to office/life science and tech space, amongst other amenities such as a padel court and gym, overlooking the Mere amongst residential property in a multi-use site. In addition you\'d visit the Manchester City Centre office - Union - on a weekly basis to connect with the wider head office finance teams.

This cross functional role is designed to bridge the gap between financial reporting and real-world asset performance. You will work directly alongside the local management team to understand the "why" behind the numbers, not only keeping score, but helping them to form the asset strategies, ensuring that they are reflected in the financial reporting and forecasting.
