Gama Aviation is seeking an experienced Stores Supervisor to join our Glasgow facility, supporting supply chain and warehousing operations for the Scottish Air Ambulance Service and Business Support Units. This role is central to ensuring the efficient, compliant, and timely availability of aircraft parts, tooling, and materials within a regulated aviation MRO environment.
Working a Monday to Friday split-shift pattern (0700-1500 & 1000-1900), the Stores Supervisor will take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinating closely with Engineering and Logistics teams to maintain effective stock control, support AOG requirements, and ensure uninterrupted operational delivery across supported bases.
The Stores Supervisor will be proficient in warehousing, part accountability, stock rotation and purchasing and remain committed in their approach to work, prioritising the needs of the Scottish Air Ambulance as a primary focus. This role will also have responsibility for the maintenance, calibration and supply of tooling to the engineering workforce across the Engineering Service Line, Gama Aviation and its associated supported bases of Aberdeen and Inverness.
