Job Summary

The Outbound Sales Representative will be instrumental in finding and converting leads, expanding the customer base, and mentoring a small team. The role requires strong outbound sales experience, pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on leads to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities through cold calls
  • Build an online presence to generate leads via social selling and email outreach
  • Identify lapsed customers and re-engage them through tailored outreach strategies
  • Analyse closed-lost opportunities and develop re-engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline effectively
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs using the Booksy Sales Methodology
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience in outbound sales (B2B environment)
  • Experience selling to SMB businesses at high volume preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and persuasion skills
  • Competitive, driven, resilient, and highly organised
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
