You will be responsible for building rapport with an existing book of clients and working closely with wider team to achieve objectives.**About you:*** You will have experience developing and building long lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.* You must have a passion for excellent customer services as this role will be working with existing clients and will be supporting their needs.* You are able to work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts from start to finish, including; attending meetings, taking notes, speaking to insurers, working through renewal presentations and renewals terms etc.* You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome.* You are willing to learn, as every day will be different.
