Job summary

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you have experience supporting students with Autism (ASC/ASD) or other SEN?

An amazing Ofsted GOOD primary school located within Enfield is searching for a caring and nurturing 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant.

It is preferred that you have previous child-related or SEN experience when applying for this role; however training will be given if you have no experience, but have the passion and the willingness to learn. If you are a Graduate with voluntary or paid employment experience supporting individuals with SEN, particularly Autism (ASC/ASD), then this school would really like to see you.

About this 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role:

• Work 1-to-1 with students with SEN across all key stages
• Deliver speech and language interventions
• Support pupils with autism/ADHD/ASD and other SEN
• Help class teacher with general support
• Up to £105 per day
• Full time – September start

Candidate Specification:

• Child-related or some experience is highly preferable
• Graduate with a minimum of 2:1
• Psychology/Speech and language graduates would be great
• Confident and bubbly personality
