Job summary

A manufacturing company in Tewkesbury is seeking a semi-skilled CNC Miller. In this role, you will set and operate CNC milling machines with a FANUC OI-MF control system, maintain high standards of work, and execute self-inspections. Applicants should have experience in CNC milling and a good standard of engineering ability. Familiarity with aerospace component manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.

Bowmill Tewkesbury is currently seeking a semi-skilled CNC Miller.

Your main responsibilities will involve;

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines with FANUC OI-MF control system to produce prismatic components to customer drawing and specifications
• Tool setting & offset adjustments
• Inspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirements
• Maintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S

Your skills and qualifications as a fully skilled CNC Miller:

• Experienced in the setting and operating of CNC milling machines
• General high standard of engineering ability
• Experience in aerospace component manufacture is beneficial but not essential
