This role is all about delivering sales through people, performance and operational excellence – helping colleagues grow, maintaining compliance and safety standards and ensuring the branch consistently deliver strong results.You’ll play a key role in driving success at branch level while developing you leadership skills. With a focus on growth, wellbeing and customer excellence.
