Overview

We are looking for a friendly, experienced, and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our close-knit team at our small hotel in Cornwall. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves being behind the bar, has a flair for cocktails, and enjoys supporting restaurant service while leading and inspiring a small team. You’ll be passionate about great hospitality, keen to keep learning, and excited about helping others grow. You’ll play an important part in driving high standards, creativity, and sales across our food and beverage offering. You’re enthusiastic, creative, and always keen to learn. Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant
• Delivering great bar service, from cocktails to beers, wines, and spirits
• Helping develop menus and cocktail lists
• Managing cellar, stock rotation, ordering and stock control
• Training and supporting the team
• Creating and supporting training plans to help staff progress
• Working closely with management to keep service smooth and welcoming

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior food & beverage role
• Knowledge of cellar management, stock control, and ordering
• Great understanding of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktail making
• A creative approach to drinks and new ideas
