Qualifications

• A relevant qualification or basic understanding of the role of Quantity Surveying.
• A basic understanding of the financial implications of the methods and sequences of build.
• Basic knowledge of codes of practice that impact on commercial matters e.g., Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting management and reporting.
• Assisting the commercial team with group policies and processes.
• Help manage relationships with subcontractors and external partners.
• Partake in site visits for current and potential sites.
