Position:Early Years Practitioner or Room Leader
Location:Tiny Toes Nursery Ltd, Ware Road, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 9AB
Job Type:Full-time, Permanent
Salary:£13 – £15 per hour
Expected Hours:36 – 45 hours per week
Schedule:Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with children in a calm, caring, and engaging way, allowing them the freedom to play and explore.
• Ensuring a safe environment while supporting children in their learning and development.
• Observing and documenting children’s progress, helping to plan and implement educational activities.
• Supporting colleagues and leading the room where necessary.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.

Requirements:

• A Level 2 Childcare qualification (or above) is required.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

We are open from 7.30am-6.30pm, Monday to Friday, including school holidays. We close for Bank Holidays and for a week over Christmas and New Year. We do not charge for these days. We don’t charge extra for trips and classes:
