Una empresa de moda global busca un Ejecutivo de Ventas para gestionar el rendimiento del negocio en el Reino Unido. El candidato ideal tendrá un mínimo de 2-3 años de experiencia en marcas de ropa deportiva y debe poseer un título universitario en Administración de Empresas o similar. Se necesita fluidez en inglés y conocimiento del mercado del Reino Unido. Se ofrece un entorno dinámico y oportunidades para el crecimiento profesional.

Qualifications

  • Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia previa en marca de ropa deportiva.
  • Derecho a trabajar en el Reino Unido.
  • Mentalidad orientada a resultados con habilidades organizativas.

Responsibilities

  • Acompañar el rendimiento del negocio mayorista de principio a fin.
  • Entender el panorama del mercado incluyendo cuentas clave y jugadores de comercio electrónico.
  • Impulsar el negocio durante el periodo de mercado, negociando y definiendo OTB del cliente.
  • Cultivar y prospectar un pipeline de nuevas oportunidades de ventas.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto para impulsar oportunidades estratégicas.

The project!

The Sales Executive, Converse & RedBull Racing will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan of the brand in his/her area territory, while ensuring the
development of sales and profitability of the wholesale channel.

What will the role entail?

  • You will accompany wholesale business performance end-to-end.
  • You will understand the market landscape including Key Accounts, e-commerce
    players, multi-brands and potential franchises, and identify strategic opportunities to grow the brands.
  • You will drive the business during the period of market (Showroom & / or Virtual
    showroom), negotiating & defining client’s OTB, conducting client’s appointments
    and collection’s presentation, supervising the chasing orders’ confirmation with the
    active support.
  • You will cultivate and prospect a pipeline of new sales opportunities designed to
    drive overall business growth.
  • You will work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimize the
    divisional shipping targets.
  • You will collaborate with product teams to drive strategic opportunities and initiatives.
  • You will follow and implement all company policy and procedures to ensure
    stability sustainability safety and security of the business in accordance with our internal policies.
Requisitos

Requirements of the position:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Admin or similar
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in sportswear brand desired.
  • Good knowledge of the UK market and its consumer dynamics.
  • Fluency English; additional languages are a плюс.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
