Qualifications

• Eligible for 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation.
• Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
• Minimum of one year of industry relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of property types and scenarios.
• Receive established mentoring throughout the training period.

Skills

Knowledge of Residential Building Pathology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification

RICS approved relevant HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree
