A global technology company based in Greater London is seeking a talented Content Designer to enhance user experiences in AI initiatives. The role involves collaborating with product teams to create user-centered content that guides and delights users. Candidates should have over 6 years of experience in content design or UX writing, with a focus on digital products. We have a small but mighty content design team at Miro, with just three people across multiple key initiatives. This means we must be flexible, resilient and good at prioritising projects where we can have the biggest impact! We're an integral part of the Design org, shaping the user experience for some of our most impactful initiatives. We operate within a hybrid model, embedding deeply within high-priority cross-functional teams to craft user-centered content that guides and delights our users, and offering light support to lower priority work.
We’re looking for a talented Content Designer and AI whizz to join our team and contribute directly to high-impact projects that elevate the Miro experience. This role will sit within our AI Canvas team, specifically working on enhancing our AI Workflow experiences. You’ll partner with senior leadership across product, design, and engineering, and build the frameworks that help other teams create consistent AI content at scale.
You’ll also be a key player in shaping the content design discipline at Miro, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and product marketers and delivering content that enhances usability and drives adoption. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our product and be part of growing the maturity of our content design practice.
