The Property Acquisition Manager plays a vital role in supporting the growth of the business through the identification and acquisition of high‑performing new sites. Reporting to the Head of Property, they will take a proactive and analytical approach to sourcing and evaluating locations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. With a commercial focus, the role also includes managing agents, landlords, and other external partners to secure favourable terms and maintain cost‑efficiency throughout the acquisition process.
To support both the Head of Property and the operations function and ensure that we have an open communication platform that ultimately enables us to grow the business, increase our sales line and deliver profitability at all levels.
Performance is measured through the volume and quality of new site acquisitions, the speed and effectiveness of progressing opportunities from identification to deal closure, and the strength of the location pipeline. Success also includes negotiating cost‑efficient lease terms, producing timely and accurate analysis, and maintaining strong agent relationships and market insight. High stakeholder satisfaction, both internal and external, acts as a key indicator of overall effectiveness.
