  • Liaising with recruitment agents about current vacancies.
  • Drafting job adverts.
  • Sorting welcome packs for work experience students and new staff.
  • Requesting employment references.
  • Attending Team meetings and preparing minutes.
  • Producing content for social media and the website.
  • Assisting with the People and Wellbeing strategy.
  • Organising first aid and fire marshal training.
  • Booking training courses for staff and processing evaluation forms.
  • Conducting research for the Marketing Team.
  • Assisting with corporate social responsibility initiatives.
