A creative health organization in Bournemouth is seeking a Coordinator to manage and evaluate its Creative Health and Community programme. The role demands collaboration with the Senior Programme Manager and requires travel across the South West to support various creative projects. The ideal candidate should show commitment to high-quality music access for all ages and backgrounds. This full-time position includes evening and weekend hours to engage with community events and initiatives.
Salary: £22,000-£24,300. Hours: Full time. Some evening and weekend events and projects.
The Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Programme Manager to organise, produce and evaluate BSO’s vibrant programme of Creative Health and Community and support the full output of the Participate department. The role will include work from the Head Office in Poole and travelling to projects across the South West, supporting creative teams, partners and participants of all ages and in a range of settings to connect with the unique power of music to transform lives.
