Job description

Overview

Salary: £22,000-£24,300. Hours: Full time. Some evening and weekend events and projects.

The Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Programme Manager to organise, produce and evaluate BSO’s vibrant programme of Creative Health and Community and support the full output of the Participate department. The role will include work from the Head Office in Poole and travelling to projects across the South West, supporting creative teams, partners and participants of all ages and in a range of settings to connect with the unique power of music to transform lives.

Responsibilities

• Organise, produce and evaluate BSO’s Creative Health and Community programme in collaboration with the Senior Programme Manager and the Participate team.
• Support the full output of the Participate department across projects and events.
• Work from the Head Office in Poole and travel to projects across the South West.
• Support creative teams, partners and participants of all ages in a variety of settings to connect with the power of music to transform lives.
