A leading homebuilder is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing reservations through to exchange and providing exceptional customer experience. Ideal applicants will have experience in new build sales, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. This role includes working Thursday to Monday, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in the North West region.
This role will involve progressing reservations through to exchange to meet and exceed sales and legal targets whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by achieving targets according to business plan and enhancing customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has experience in managing a new build development and progressing sales within timescales, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work alone in a fast paced environment.
The working hours are Thursday to Monday 10.30am to 5.30pm including Bank Holidays.
