A large UK motor retailer is seeking a Marketing Commercial Development Manager on a part-time contract. This role involves identifying and activating commercial opportunities across events and partnerships, building strong relationships to maximize revenue. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial marketing or business development and possess excellent relationship-building skills. The position requires travel across the UK and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure success.
Location: Remote, with frequent UK travel. You’ll need to visit our Newcastle head office and be happy staying away overnight and working some weekends, especially in summer.
Contract: Part‑time, March–October (day‑rate contract). Workload will vary based on events, with a mix of pre‑planned and ad‑hoc dates.
Here at Vertu Motors, one of the largest UK Motor retailers we’re looking for a commercially focused, relationship‑driven manager to find and maximise revenue opportunities across our events and partnerships. You’ll represent the brand externally, build strong relationships, and ensure event activity turns into real business results.
You’ll work closely with marketing, events, partnerships, sales teams and Brand Ambassadors to deliver a consistent commercial message and high‑quality customer experiences.
