Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Utility Construction sector.
• Must be proficient in cost value reconciliation processes.
• Experience in liaising directly with clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of multi-utility projects.
• Prepare client valuations and manage client relationships.
• Conduct weekly and monthly cost/value reconciliations.

Skills

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Management and production of cost value reconciliation

Experience working directly with clients

Building internal and external relationships

Proficient in use of Excel spreadsheets

Excellent communication skills

Familiar with commercial contracts terms

Experience dealing with client variations/changes

Full UK Driving Licence
