Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales & profitability within Superdrug Own Brand Skincare, delivering a robust commercial plan across product, price, promotions & merchandising.
• Develop and deliver profitable promotional plans, forecast sales, monitor performance and introduce revised plans as required.
• Work with Merchandising team to agree strategy that delivers Own Brand advantage and manages availability.
• Deliver informed Category reviews, incorporating market data, trend data, competitive review and turn reviews into the annual NPD plan.
• Develop new brand concepts and product/packaging developments, collaborating with Marketing, CRM, Online and digital teams.
• Collaborate with International Buying and other European businesses to harmonise product/suppliers.
• Ensure clear communication across the business and maintain appropriate processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, engaging everyone around them.
• Work with Supply Chain team to ensure sales forecasts are adhered to and minimise slow‑moving stock.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in Product Management and Buying.
• Commercially astute with ability to interpret market information.
• Proven track record in brand building and product development with proprietary brand relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Customer focused and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset.
