Qualifications

• Proven experience in Distribution Network Operator environments.
• Comfortable in a hands-on role, engaging with teams.
• Capable of leading incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained.
• Support operational inductions and conduct verification inspections.
• Compile Accident/Incident statistics and attend client meetings.
• Engage with clients to build strong relationships.

Skills

H&S qualification e.g. NEBOSH Certificate

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience under CDM regulations

Independent site audits and inspections

Electrically biased experience

Education

IOSH Membership

Full UK Driving Licence
