Qualifications

• Significant experience within a residential developer or main contractor.
• Understands principles of construction from technical and commercial management perspectives.
• Experience in brown-field regeneration.

Responsibilities

• Determination of the Cost Plan for the development in cooperation with peers.
• Preparation of input to the Purchase Appraisal and phased Commencement appraisal.
• Liaison with architects for continuous value engineering of design concepts.
• Monitoring changes to identify the status of costs.
• Management of the PQS for cost plan determination.
• Establish subcontract sources early in the program.
• Set up and maintain cost reporting systems on site.
• Management of the team to meet approved budgets.
