A leading facilities management company in Greater London is seeking a Workplace and Facilities Coordinator to enhance service delivery. This role involves managing helpdesk tickets, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing excellent service to all users. Ideal candidates will have experience with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach. We are looking for a Workplace and Facilities Coordinator to join our team of 4 Rapport Ambassadors. Our client is a globally recognised charitable foundation dedicated to advancing science and research. You will be based at the service desk and working alongside the client to ensure a seamless experience for all building users.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)
