Gifts - Sales Assistant

Location: Sixth Cross Road, Twickenham, TW2 5PA

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Rota: Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 09:00-18:00 with alternate weekends Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday 10:00-17:00

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by greeting customers, offering assistance, and handling queries courteously and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs through interaction and take appropriate action.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping in accordance with company guidelines.
