A leading logistics company in Banbury is seeking a HR, Payroll & Site Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Finance departments. We are currently looking for a HR, Payroll & Site Administrator to join us at our ‘The Entertainer’ site in Banbury, to provide a flexible and efficient administrative service to the HR & Finance departments. You don’t need to have a CIPD or AAT to apply for this position, however we will support you to gain these qualifications if you would like them.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 6’ shift pattern, Monday to Saturday, primarily Monday to Friday out of Peak. The hours of work will be 07:30 – 16:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Provide accurate and efficient general administrative support to HR and Finance team
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files ensuring legal compliance
  • Process documentation, handle correspondence, draft HR letters and emails - act as point of contact for staff queries
  • Raise purchase orders (Oracle), ensuring allocated correctly for account, liaise with suppliers and accounts payable teams and ensure site consumable orders are placed
  • Undertake daily/weekly checks and reports on T&A system (WFD UKG), raising any discrepancies
  • Conduct weekly agency payroll checks and raise any discrepancies with agency contacts, complete agency weekly breakdown reports and site costings sheet
  • Support HR Advisor with recruitment and onboarding
  • Support with site engagement activities

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
