Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial real estate development of large scale refurbishment projects.
• Experience of working with listed buildings and or heritage assets.
• Ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the life cycle of the redevelopment of the individual asset.
• Conduct detailed viability studies.
• Prepare project budgets and manage costs.
• Identify risks to the project and mitigate them.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Local Authorities and Investors.
