Overview

This is a great opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager or EHS Manager to develop in a business that has a state-of-the-art factory.

About You

• As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be NEBOSH qualified.
• Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Have a strong character and resilience.
• Confident to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level.
• Have experience working as a H&S Manager within a food or FMCG manufacturer

What will you be doing?

• You will support the factory and office in all aspects H&S
• Risk assessments, policies and audit training
• Promoting the best health, safety, and environment culture
• Supporting the investigation of accidents and incidents, and ensuring sustainable actions follow any identified corrective or preventative opportunities
• Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in.
