This role is designed to support our Digital Managers in delivering high-quality, accessible and optimised content across our corporate website and digital channels.The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in content management, SEO/GEO, accessibility and the practical use of AI tools, while working within one of the UK’s most trusted financial institutions. You will play an important role in supporting business-as-usual (BAU) activity, helping to ensure content is kept up to date, well-governed and performing effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**Actively use AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to support content creation, research, optimisation and efficiency in day-to-day tasks.Experience in digital content creation, copywriting or content management (agency or in-house).Experience using content management systems (CMS). A working knowledge of SEO and GEO principles and tools (e.g. Google Search Console, SEMrush or similar).An interest in AI and digital innovation, with some hands-on experience using AI tools to support content or workflows. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
