Vent-Axia, part of Volution Group plc, improves the indoor environment by providing ventilation solutions. The majority of Vent-Axia's sales are in the UK, primarily through electrical wholesalers, contractors, developers and DIY retailers.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Regional Sales Manager – Distribution to take ownership of Distributor account development across both over-the-counter (OTC) products and ventilation projects. Your will be responsible for the region including postcodes: TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BH, PO, SO, SP, BA, BS, SN, and RG.
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our regional presence by developing new and existing distributor relationships, supporting promotional activity through effective point-of-sale execution, and identifying new distribution and growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, attending customer and contractor site visits, and delivering exceptional service. Proven business development experience is essential, alongside strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience within the electrical wholesale industry or a similar technical/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential. Full technical training will be provided, including building regulations and site information, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed.
