Qualifications

  • Experience as a Land Buyer or Land Manager in a property-related role.
  • Successful track record in land acquisition within the housebuilding industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure land for residential development.
  • Conduct land appraisals to determine valuation of potential development land.
  • Negotiate and prepare offers for land opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with local authorities and developers.
  • Manage the land register and liaise with Planning consultants.

A-Levels or equivalent
