Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of SMT machine operation experience.
• Able to run SMT equipment independently and recognize common defects.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle small electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment following work instructions.
• Perform machine start-up, changeovers, and basic setup adjustments.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain target OEE.
• Complete in-process checks and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety standards.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
