A fantastic opportunity for an ITT moving to ECT to start in July at a supportive and nuturing school with experience in ECT mentoring. This means you would be paid across the Summer and have time to settle in to your new role before the start of the academic year.
St Katharine’s Knockholt CE Primary School is a friendly, one-form entry school set in the beautiful rural village of Knockholt. With strong Christian values and a supportive atmosphere, we pride ourselves on nurturing both our children who are confident, compassionate and engaged in their learning and our adults, who are valued and empowered to thrive professionally and personally.
We’re looking for someone who will be finishing their ITT and moving to ECT for a full-time position from July 2026. The start date would be flexible to coincide with completing your ITT year and would be subject to gaining QTS.
As a school that is experienced and successful at mentoring both ITTs and ECTs, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT1 to develop their practice in a positive and inclusive environment, supported by knowledgeable colleagues and strong leadership.
We would love to meet you! Please contact the school office on 01959 532237 or headteacher@knockholt.kent.sch.uk to arrange a visit and see our wonderful school in action.
