Job summary

You will manage the delivery and oversight of homecare medicines, ensuring compliance and high standards of service. The role requires a NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services and significant hospital pharmacy experience. You will supervise staff, lead audits, and act as a key contact for various stakeholders. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £44,485 - £52,521 per annum.

Qualifications

• Significant experience relevant to Hospital Pharmacy Practice with assessed competencies.
• Experience supervising and leading staff.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience of quality, audit, or service improvement activities.
• Experience/Knowledge of Homecare processes.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Trust’s homecare medicines service.
• Manage administrative processes and monitor provider performance.
• Lead audits and contribute to service development.
• Line manage technical and administrative staff.
• Act as a point of contact for clinical teams and patients.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office

Education

NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Services or equivalent
