Job summary

A youth arts charity is seeking new Trustees with expertise in finance, fundraising, risk management, or governance to help drive their strategic plan from 2026 to 2030. As a Trustee, you'll be responsible for ensuring the charity's decisions align with its objectives and legal requirements. This position offers an opportunity to influence the organization's direction while working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Applications are encouraged from across the UK, with the Board meeting quarterly and hosting an annual in-person retreat in Lincoln.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, risk, governance, fundraising or advocacy.
• Good independent judgment to protect the organization’s reputation.
• Ability to think creatively and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the 2026 - 2030 business plan.
• Ensure strategic and operational decisions align with objectives.
• Attend Board meetings quarterly and participate in sub-committees.
