Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the team of Lab Scientists.
• Prepare reagents, buffer solutions, and media plates.
• Perform Protein Expression, Purification, and refolding.

Skills

Experience within protein science

Ion Exchange Chromatography (IEC)

Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography (IMAC)

Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC)

Ability to prepare and process bacterial inclusion bodies

Education

Degree in a relevant scientific subject
