Qualifications

• Experience across estate masterplanning, infrastructure strategy, asset management, or town planning.
• Ability to deliver robust, data-led proposals.
• Understanding of modern construction methods and legacy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the Base Masterplan.
• Translate operational needs into actionable estate proposals.
• Work with MOD, Royal Navy, DIO, and local authorities.
