Responsibilities

• Lead Planning and Land elements of the business.
• Manage planning applications and liaise with LPA.
• Promote land holdings through planning process.
• Provide planning appraisals on strategic land.
• Coordinate internal teams for planning submissions.
• Manage external consultants for planning reports.
• Handle S106 and Planning Conditions.
