Qualifications

• Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service.
• Extensive retail experience including experience in management.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience.
• Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team.
• Implement operational processes to reach sales targets.
• Oversee various departments such as Commercial and Athlete.
• Ensure compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

Skills

Passion for NIKE and/or love of sport

Experience in retail and/or leadership positions

Very good command of English language (written and spoken)

Ability to coach and develop a strong team

Strong focus on communication

Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
