• Proven track record in leading, developing and delivering multiple complex technology, business and regulatory change projects.
• Good understanding of Financial Services industry, specifically Wealth Management, Private Banking & Commercial Banking.
• Experience interacting at Senior Management level and influencing management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic change projects to agreed timescales and quality.
• Track project benefit delivery to ensure alignment with agreed outcomes.
• Work closely with Operational and Front Office business functions to support project outcomes.
